Pay As You Throw (PAYT) Services & Rates: Breckenridge, Frisco & Unincorporated Summit County

Recycling MUST be included with trash service in Breckenridge & Frisco, Colorado. A similar law goes into effect for Unincorporated Summit County in August 2025.  Think of PAYT as a utility; the more you use the more you pay.  ​

Service orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. on Friday to be added to a route for the following week.
